Any suggestions?

Sturdy.

Removeable MB tray.

Tooless card and drive goodies.

Water cooling option, or ability to put it in.

No power supply got an OCZ powerstream 520.

ATX and BTX form factor.

Want this puppy to last as long as possible.

I strongly recommend Lian Li.

All aluminum, everything comes apart with out a single tool.

I have 2 of them. Love them both. Would never think about going with anything other than them.

This is the case I just bought for the new system I'm building.

case

It's a damn good case and like the review notes, it only has two real drawbacks.  1) it's heavy.  35lbs. empty weight. 2) power supply is not included with the case.

I run the Koolance box and my normal CPU temp = 97F. I have a couple of fans to exhaust the warm air from the box.

A 3rd drawback I see is that after adding the excellent feature of the filtered front air intake, and the excellent feature of a side-mounted intake fan to blow on the video card, they dropped the ball by not adding a filter on that side mount fan. That essentialy defeats the purpose of the front filter.

I second that nomination. I have 2 of the Lian Li cases and they are awesome. I also recommend the Thernaltake cases. I have one of the Shark models and it's very nice.

I build on average about 8 to 10 systems a month and I almost exclusivly use the Thermaltake and Lian Li's.

couldn't I just put a filter on the side mounted fan?
