Atleast it wasnt a civilian aircraft like in the case where the expert russian air defence workers for the people shot down a south korean civilian jumbo carrying 269 people. Im sure their relatives laughed too.

Othervice I would laugh if that "lawnmower" had carried like few hundred russians.

Well I'm going to fly from Helsinki tio the StPetersburg in next month and from there to Chelyabinsk...
Gotta hope they don't shoot own aircrafts :)

(Wish me luck; plane's going to be a Tupolev 134...)

Wonder if $20 euros is a big enough bribe to the Russian Security Services for them to give Staga, an amusing tour of Lubyanka.

Well.. at least we have proof that Staga is a certified nutcase - he's boarding a Tupolev free willingly.

"$20 euros" ? Is that kinda like £20 pesos or €20 Yens or what ?

I'll prefer good ol' Tupolevs to any new-fangled stuff.
