What I drive now:
A 2003 Aerio SX, Progress Technology suspension (springs, camber kit and rear anti-roll bar, lowered almost 2 inches), 15x7 SuzukiSport wheels, with 205/50-15 Falken Ziex ZE-512 tires (I stayed with 15" wheels as 45 or 40 series tires would substantially add to the already very harsh ride). Custom Aerodyne rear disk brake kit. A small fortune was dumped into the motor (Whelmann Racing), 182 hp at wheels (stock was 121 hp at wheels, 145 hp SAE net). Badly in need of limited slip... Axle hop and wheel spin up the wazoo... Very little torque steering tho. Much better than my 1986 Shelby GLH-S (recently sold).
It flat-out owns my buddy's 2004 WRX and feels much quicker than my 2003 WRX (also sold). Not a world beater by any stretch, but a quick, superb handling daily hauler. It's one of three Suzukis we own, as well as a 2002 Dodge minivan that my wife is very attached to (I despise the damn thing).
What I want to drive:
Caterham Super Seven RoadSport SV. 202 bhp engine, 1,430 lbs with full gas tank. 0-60 in low 4 second range (3.4 seconds for 250 hp version). Closest thing to a formula car for the street.
My regards,
Widewing
