My weight loss
« on: July 08, 2005, 06:07:01 PM »
Some of you may know that I have been focusing on losing weight recently.

Since October 18th last year, until today I have lost 110lbs.

Have gone from 330lbs to 220lbs today. In euro terms, from 150kg to 100kg.

Is anyone else doing this too?

Yes, I went from 300 to 297 or so when I took a dump this morning.
Congrats!

Bloody hell, Grunz! If I'd lost that much weight I'd disappear!

Best of luck to you. Eat lots of fibre.

Good work GRUNHERZ.  That is a great achievment.

I am probably closing in on 200lbs going the other way.  I've got to make myself exercise more.

I'm 6'2" and went from 240 to 190 a couple years ago. My target was 180, my bootcamp weight. I made it to 190 before bottoming out. Went back to 210. I feel better at 210 than I did at 190.
