I would think they are read and I would imagine there will be a timestamp so that detailed logs can be examined to confirm the reports.  I would also think false reporting would mean action would be taken against those making them....

I have 5, 6 and 10 year old children and plenty of time to waste...errrr.....spend playing AH and surfing the boards.....but I also sit behind a computer all day at work with not much to do.

Betty, I wish I knew what the fuss was all about. But then I would probably be mad then too......I'll just save Skuzzy the time.....

While it is possible, it's not like any of us will actually ever meet.

We, in reality, can't deal with it in any other way then have HTC look into it.

Took snap shot forwarded to HTC.  Don't know what was done.  Doesn't really matter to me.

It only happened once.
