New perk and ENY values

Good to finally have a change in the perk values although I am still disapointed at the Ta152 being perked and the P47N not.

P47N does everything better at all altitudes pretty much, sure, the Ta152 got 10 minutes of contineus WEP. Not that 5 perks matter much but anyway.

ENY values for non-perked planes are based what happened at the previous values.  It's like setting a betting line.  If something gets a lot of action, the value needs to change to reflect that.  It's not based on reputation or historical precedent.

The Spit V was a pretty strong correction and I moved that up a little.  The V and Seafire are now sitting at the same level as the IX and I'm curious as to how the stats will look at the end of the month with all those Spits on the same level.

I am interested in seeing this too, I find it hard to believe that people choose a plane to fly based on the eny, unless they are forced to by the eny limiter.

i think that is the point... to vary up the arena. i am curious too as to what plane will be upped when the spit V is disabled.

personally i love the spit V, but there are so many planes, i dont mind it being disabled for a tiny period of time.

i also think there will be more country hopping to fly the plane you want.

Man does it feel heavy.  It feel unstable and difficult to control.  I have been flying the Ki-84 lately and it is vastly more manueverable and much more stable as well.  The Spit XIV is very prone to snap rolls, which are easy to recover from, but there is no sensation of smootly flying a line.  It felt like I had to struggle to keep it on the line I wanted at all times.

My first choices would be ...

FM2
A6M
F6F
Ki
C205
Yak
P47-D25/11
SlapShot - Blue Knights

Just wait till you see the difference when the new Spit XIV is using 150 grade fuel and has +21 boost.

Don't count your chickens yet.  You said Pyro might raise the boost to +21lbs.
