Sure on #1, and#3. I'm not opposed to towed artillery, I just wonder how it would be implemented in the game.

Heck yeah on #5, under 1 condition: We be able to jump things with it. Lots of things.

I'm not sure how it would be implemented into the game, couldn't be that hard. I would make it a "paired" vehicle, meaning lets say you choose the Sdkfz7 HT/Flak36 setup. It spwans out as "one" piece of equipment. You drive the Sdkfz with the 88 being towed behind it, you CAN NOT fire the weapon while it's being towed.
You then stop the veh and switch to the #2 position which deploys the gun platform to be fired. You could make this a 2 person operation if you wanted, kinda like having a gunner in your bomber.
The same would hold true for choosing #4, Sdkfz HT/Flak28

Grits:
I like your choice also of the M19

I'm not sure I understand your response to #4, you state: "NO" it's not towed {which it is, just like #2} that's what manned ack is for.

The problem with manned ack is, there's not enough of them, poor placement, can not be moved and don't pack enough punch.

The Bofors 40mm AA gun can be towed to the air field, city or place of importance to provide additional protection against enemy aircraft.

Thanks for the input guys

Moil, I meant to say "it IS towed" didnt think we needed a towed peice of the manned ack. I was also thinking of the 88 as a permanent manned position like CV 5" guns.

But I'd use them all if we got them no matter what I said above. :)

Let's get 'em all -- but start with a new mobile AA platform, either Wirbelwind or M19.

T34-85mm, Panther probably small perks on them.
Stailin 2  tank, again small perk because slow rate of fire.
The Sherman/Firefly,Cromwell,Comet, Type 92,94,97s P26/40

Plus more Russian planes like IL-4, Pe-8, Pe-2,  Yak-1, Il-10, Tu-2,
Yak-4, Mig-3. P39, P63, Yak-3

Japanese planes like G4M, KI-21,KI-45, KI-49, J2M, D4Y, B6N, KI-44, KI102, P1Y, B7A,Ki-56, Ki 57,

Italian planes like S.M.79, Cant Z,1007, S.M.82,Cansa FC.20, S.M.84, P.108, Re.2002, Fiat G 55, Re 2005,G12, S.M.82, S.M.75

I think it would be great if each country had its on bombers, fighters, and transports and their on gvs

Plus america needs the P39, B25, A26

Uk needs Seafire Mk III, Spitfire MK XII, Handley Page Halifax, Bristol Beaufighter,Westland Whirlwind MK I, Gloster Meteor

Germans could use the JU.86, He.111,DO 17/217, He177, Ju 290,
Hs.129

Plus all that Moil mentioned.

Sorry was always told to wish for all you want in case it comes true.

Oooh I like redrum:D

The idea of a "towed" vehicle or gun is just a nice idea IMO because we don't have anything like that.

All very good choices from what I've seen.

I hear ya Grits, the only prob I have with that is, if you make these weapons {which were totally moble back in WW2} permanent manned positions, guess what will be the first thing people dive in on when coming to the fields or cities.

Heck, theres maps from HTC and players that show exactly where the gun positions are on a field, same place, every field.

I think it'd be more realistic and challenging to attack a field and not know if it's heavily defended or not. Maybe there's a Flak battery, maybe there isn't:)

Just my thoughts tho

I'd like to see more base defense type stuff but if we got any of that kinda stuff I'd like to see fuel being able to be dropped back down to 25%.

This is the Jeep we need...

http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/jeep_man/sasjeep.htm

Quote
The jeeps were heavily armed with combinations of both Browning and Vickers K machine guns. The ex-aircraft Vickers weapons were generally mounted in pairs and a total of up to five machine guns were carried on some vehicles. The effectiveness of this armament firing a mix of ball, armour-piercing and tracer shells can be judged from one assault on an airfield where 12 aircraft were destroyed in a five minute raid. With all guns blazing a single SAS jeep could deliver an impressive 5000 rounds per minute! The net result was that over 400 aircraft had been destroyed on the ground by November 1942. Stirling was finally captured in 1943 but escaped four times before being sent to Colditz where he spent the rest of the war.

The jeep with the 75mm or 57mm recoiless rifle would be fun too.
