Yep. I was 14 when I started AW3 back in August '98 (man, WISH I'd kept flying all these years

) and was pretty much your whiney score-potato, running, woulda-been-hoing-if-could brat. Don't have many memories of the period that I can be especially proud of, whether they be of my flying style or my actions.
But, like you said, SuperDud, now I'm older and it's not as funny and I do find it more immature. I figured out that generally if you're a nice fellow and don't rant and rave all the time and try to be encouraging or at the very least only swear to yourself at home, you won't have to be ashamed later on. Not an angel, by any means, but certainly older and calmer

The problem is, there are a number of full grown adults who should know better than me who haven't learned these things yet. Those are the sort of people who Filth's friend met - I can almost guarantee it.
