Make sure your leval with doors open the last 5 or 10 miles into target,,,,,use rudder trim to make last minute course adjustments
I usualy calibrate twice at least,,,,first time is about 5 miles from target,,,,,so i can then use rudder trim in bomsight to make course corrections as needed
Then i calibrate again for about 20 to 30 seconds when im about
1 min from target,,this insures little or no speed change when i drop from when i calibrated.
As far a gunnin,,,I have a twisty also,and that bothers me too,
but ive become better at avoiding rudder input...I always would rather find a gunner tho if im dealing with cons on the IP
