If we are talking about eastern front on CT what we definitely need are I-16, P-39 and Yak-1.

Mig-3 would be absolutely useless in CT or MA. High altitude fighter with 2 7.62 guns and 1 12.7 gun (2 .303 and 1 .50) it has bad perfromance being low. It was rarely used, and only 3300 were produced.

Yak-3 is nice to have but we already have one Russian uber for late war, so
it is not urgent.

With current set of planes it is just impossible to recreate early years of the war on the Eastern front.

Eastern front:

41-42: I-16, I-153, Hurrikane, Lagg-3, Mig-3

42-43: Yak-1, Yak-7, P-39

43-44: Yak-9, La-5

44-45: L5FN, La-7, Yak-3
