More than likely they put the wrong processor in, set the voltage too low, set the wrong multiplier, or some other freaky problem. HP is famous for that sort of thing, among others.
Never Mind, I should read the papers I get subscriptions to before I open my big mouth. This is something new and I've not encountered it. I cant for the life of me see why anyone would want to use it, but I still think thats something you have to purposefully turn on yourself, and only with certain motherboards?
