• At roundabouts, drivers in the left lane who signal right, but are really going straight on
• Coming down to and dealing with a kitchen sink full of greasy dishes in dirty water, that have been “left to soak”
• Being thanked for “my time” – oh the sincerity – not
• The gaggle of young mothers who arrive at the local Starbucks with a fleet of push chairs, and use the place as a creche, leaving behind a huge mess for someone else to clear up
• the way those same women use a glottal stop to pronounce the word “chocolate”, ie. choc’late

hate i guess can be a "strong" word. Along with "love" and what else? Anyway i don't view words as strong or soft. They are just words. I do hate cancer too but doesn't everybody? stuff like that shouldn't count because everyone hates it. next time i will say "things i am intensly hostile about" if it makes you people feel better.
