Needles aside those fricken "air guns" they used on us at boot camp sucked 10 times worse.

EDIT:

When I got my Vasectomy the doc was sucking the local into the syringe with what looked like a horse needle.....can you guys guess where that needle is about to be stuck.  I almost started to literally panic and the doc looked at me and told me to relax, that one is just used for drawing....a smaller one is used for the actual application.  My nuts thanked him until he administered the local.
