My Cod it's been a long time! As a co-founder, plank-owner, first (and retired) CO I can say that these guys are the best bunch of guys anyone could ever be associated with...along with many of the old timers from way back when, Dan ;)

The 'official' founding date, decided upon some years back when we got our somewhat clouded memories together, is the 16th of December...a day that will live in infam...er online flight sim history :)

I know I keep threatening to strap myself into that 109 again but it seems that RL keeps getting in the way...so, for now anyway, I'll have to leave the flyin to you boys...

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY 479TH...MAY YOU LIVE LONG AND KILL MANY!!

Happy Anniversary you guys. I was 479th for a while back in AW4W on AOL, was alot of fun while it lasted. My favorite wingie was F4U4, does he still play?

F4U4 was flying in 2004 for awhile.  He had to temporarly quit flying after knee surgery, but I dont think he ever came back to the game.  He still emails the squad once in awhile.

It's been 10 years already? Dam, I actually frew up fighting with and against you guys... literally. Although a lot of the old schoolers like Doc, Reem, Hat, 7SON, CORN, BURNM, BILL, Gary (ZBU) and a few others are flying like tkor, AKAK, and Crims, if they are its very seldom... to me these guys were the Raiders. This has been the core group ever since I can remember, and they we/are great friends and enemies. Back in 2001 I had chest surgery, and EVERY one of the above sent numerous emails, and Gary actually sent me a diecast model of a pony. Being 14 at the time, I thought that was the coolest thing ever since these people didn't really know me on a personal level, and I still think that.

Congrats guys, hope you have many more. And by the way, do a KOTH like you used to in AW, I want to win it again! :)
