since the current set up has been running for eight days would it be possible to load this much more appropriate set up without any further delay?

spit 5b is a goood matchup to 109E  :)

i know this is bob but 109es, spit1s, 110s, and ju87s were long gone in 1941 and hurr2c is in

109F4 will eat alive spit 5 in all departments (except tight turns)

I cannot imagine how your reached that conclusion.  The Spitfire Mk Vb would eat the Bf109E-4 for lunch.  That is not a good matchup.

We'll see how the 1941 Spitfire Mk Vb does against the 1942 Bf109F-4.  Given the flaps on the Bf109s weren't fixed it should be good.  With fixed flaps I think the Bf109F-4s would have apretty solit advantage.  The firepower on the Bf109F-4 is light, but the Spitfire is the most fragile aircraft in AH I think.

Karnak:
Servies Date: Bf 109F-4 ... 6-41

ummmm, 42?

Either case, it should be a decent matchup!

The boost setting on the Bf109F-4 is a 1942 boost setting, like the old Spitfire Mk V's +16lbs boost.

At least that is what Wotan said some time ago when we were debating Spit versions.

if that's true then 109F-4's top speed should be above ~ 400mph
