bad luck man.

yeap, thats me.

this month ive had an unbelievable streak of bad luck...

1.) I order a very expensive sound system for my car. came dead. RMA takes a month.

2.) My hard disk dies. RMA will take around a month.

3.) Motherboard dies.

4.) Car alternator dies.

5.) Almost died flying a Cessna.

6.) Order new motherboard cpu and ram; got assdiddlyed with shipping prices.

7.) Install parts. Boots very fine and I'm a happy man. log to windows, and reboot. No booting. No beeps. Dead motherboard? dead cpu? dead RAM? faulty power supply?

Yes, I know this is mostly just stuff. but man, does it bother me. technology hates me. I will burn all my posessions, wear a green robe, and live in the forest as a hermit druid, whom the locals believe is the return of El Chupacabra.

I guess I wont try 1.08 in a long, long time.

ya gotta watch those Cessnas.   ;)
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

UPDATE: My video card is officially dead for no apparent reason. Rest in peace my friend.

I got the motherboard working with an old duron processor. But it dont work with the brand new 1.4 Athlon.

And to really spice things up, I'm on a killer hangover, one of those that makes you thing wild things; like killing yourself, or worse... never drinking again

hope you amazinhunks are enjoying 1.08. I hope the HTC servers go down until I fix all my problems.

Another bad luck update!!!

Im on my fathers laptop, and for some strange reason, they are restricting me from checking my email.

I can log into every porn site, but I cant log on www.amexmail.com  or www.usa.com

the 2 only blocked sites.

This is not bad luck.. this smells like conspiracy. Im paying for all my sins on channel 1...

btw Animal I'm using www.beer.com  mail-service to check my private posts from my home ISP's pop3 mail server when I'm at work.
Maybe you could get your posts same way ?

Edit:
I saw you're using web-based mail and not a pop3 service. Guess this post doesn't help you too much.
Of course you could have a animal@beer.com addy if its still free.

When putting your computer together, its best not to be standing in your socks on shag carpet trying to moonwalk.

What about the step where you rub the balloon on your head just before you pull components.

maybe the problem was when I wore aluminum paper clothes and danced on my roof with an iron rod, in the middle of a thunderstorm.

then i put my PC together
