I likes muchos, but I have a nit to pick.  You've got so much paint chipping on the wing walk that it's bare metal over a big area, which is cool by itself.  However, there's no corresponding chipping on the other high-traffic areas.  It's like nobody ever reloaded the guns or checked the oil.  So maybe add some chipping around the gun bay doors, including where the guys would squat and drag ammo crates across the wing, plus some on the cowling pieces where they get opened up all the time.

There is chipping in those areas, just doesn't show up too well in the pic.

Kev,

Great Job!  Compared it to pictures in "American Spitfire camouflage and markings" and I say you did a good job.

The only thing I see differnt is the red covers on the wings. The book shows them as white.

Downloaded skin and I noticed that is listed as flown by Cpt. P Holland.

It should be Cpt P Molland

Anyway Great job and thanks for doing the skin. Cant wait till it gets into the MA.

Thanks for your time and effort

Never noticed the white tape over the gun ports before but I believe that's correct :)

It's small but you can see them in the color photo.  And Lonesome Polecat seems to have them too if you compare the red of the nose to the white of the gun port cover.
