Which is correct for those that used water.

Liqulds for those that used liquids, temperature for those that used temperature. Maybe an automatic player "logbook" for those that routinely overuse their temperature related wep; then at a random time after a certain number or hours/minutes they start getting random engine failures.

Happy now?

HT has a great system.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!
