Nope, according to your definition each inseminated embryo on the petri plate is a living person with full human rights.

Or does the situation change somehow if the insemination is done accidentally?

Oh I see, so the attachment is the point where the embryo becomes a person? Ok.

So you're saying that if a woman gets an ectopic pregnancy, she should just bite it and try to deliver the attached person? :D
