You do not have a right to get a license if you pass the test. Passing the test proves that you understand the laws and what is expected of you on the road. You have to pass both the written and te driving test in order to have the ability to get a license. A DMV agent can prevent you from taking either if they suspect that you would be a danger to yourself and other or if you do not have the nessecary skill to operate a motor vehicle.

Like I said yes some riders are a pain in the arse but they do have the right under TX law to use the roads as lond as they are not holding up traffic.

They are subject to the same restrictions and fines as motorist.
Run a red light on a bike and johnny law will write you up just like anyone else.

I carry when I ride and I will tell ya that if someone assualts me with anything while riding I will cap there arse and worry about court later so if ya like the thought of lead filling the back of your head best not to come to TX and pull your little man syndrom antics.

I've never met a single real cop that spews crap like that. Not one. Especially not one who stayed on the force and alive long enough to retire.
