Not being a geek but wish I was.....
When I check my Ctrl I to check system info I get.....(best I can remember)
System mem 522 avail 386 used (up to 450)
Video mem 128 avail 34 used
What part of the game goes into which?
which options affect which memory?
How can I make better use of the resources I have....i.e. I think that my vid memory is underused.
I'm still kicking myself for not pursueing a computer career more...but when I was in high school...you needed to kill 7 trees to make enough cards to program a machine to add 5 + 5.
And I thought that computers were usless fads....go figure
