I was just checking through my extended kill stats, and got to wondering, what opponent aircraft do y'all pwn in a fight? What plane hands your bellybutton to you in a wet paper bag?

This tour I've been murder on Mustangs. Combined I'm 11-0, (out of I think 62 fighter kills, now) with 9 of them being D-Ponies. Ok, yeah, a LOT of n00bs fly Runstangs, but I was still surprised to see that big of a difference.

Worst is a 3-way tie between C-Hogs (partly courtesy of DanoDano when he went Bish

) B-24s and B-26s (I'm having a REAL rough time with Buffs this tour) at 0-3.

Surprisingly, in spite of all my *****in' I'm even against Spit XVIs (9-9). But then, I've been obliging the HOing Spit dweebs more and not letting them get past me. Some I think I was also in a GV for.

how about killing guys 262 with 110 then listen to him call u names and swear at you for half hour to hour afterwards this count?

Stupid running, cherry picking tiffies. Don't have the patience to chase them.

Think this is the first tour I've felt like I excelled at something -- 109 wins and 18 deaths in the D-Pony. Its addicting to land kills. I suppose I'll get bored and move on, but I havent sustained success like this ever before....and right now it feels sweet.

I'm 7-1 in P-38L, 4-0 in both the P-47D-25 and the Seafire. 7-6 in IL-2 (capped base ride), and 6-7 in F4u-1d (too many impatient attack runs off carrier).

Fave targets: PTs (12-0), B-26s (8-0), B-24s (20-3), Spit XVI (10-4), B-17s (10-1)

Deadliest Enemies: La-7 (8-9), Bf-110 (7-5).

best, think it the spit16 killed 100 spit16s, died to 15 of them.

worse, had to look but guess its the 109k4 killed 4, died to 3. dont see them often.

Most kills and deaths these past 3 tours have been in the hurri mk1

Not as bad as it sounds though

I eat spit 16's for breakfast (I am guessing they think they can turn with anyone)

But stangs usually kill me more than I get them (they seem to run sooner than most and they are tough enough to shrug off the 303 shots)

Since everyone else was posting what they were in, all but one of my kills as a fighter came as a 1-Hog (the one was a Spit XVI in a 4-Hog. Pretty funny, too, because it was a last-ditch no other options gliding HO after I ran out of gas

The jerk had been pestering me earlier then broke off and went home, only to come storming back from high-alt and D6K after I seriously pinged up his Run-90 buddy who hung around to duke it out for a bit).
