Looks like an intelligence test to me.  The stupid ones will not be able to make babies after the train goes by.   If you have to ask what I mean, then you probably are one of the ones they want.  :D

I would expect that thousands of people actually do get sucked off while standing there trying to interpret the message.

Its a "sign of mass suckingoffs" not unlike "weapons of mass destruction" only on a grander scale.. dangerous wise i mean.
