seeking a group to fly with
« on: February 28, 2006, 04:29:56 PM »
i recently decided to leave my squad, for no other reason than i would like to see other things and make new friends, and also to learn more.

so i am seeking a group or squad of guys to fly with, not join, that are all decent sticks, and have something to teach me. i aim really to spend a few days with a group, then move on to some others, just so i can pick up on new things, meet new people, etc.

im a decent stick, especially in fighters, and although i am a furballer at heart, the first month or two of my AH career was flying bombers, so i can do that well too...

basically, im seeking a fun bunch of guys to fly with for a few days, seeking multiple interested parties really :) i would love to learn something from everyone, and i of course would like to pass on my knowledge of dogfighting to anyone that teaches me a little. im not a big GV guy, but im happy to learn. thats what i would like to do really, learn things i dont really know. im sure most people will know me, and hopefully some guys would be interested in a freelancer for a week?

so yup, im for hire if you will :D

im open to all options:aok

ty all

Poof Ace: Thats a very long winded way of saying it. If youre shy Ill elaborate for ya.

Poof loves to watch young Serbian boys porn on a huge plasma screen AND he has a real life transvestite 'friend' who flies a King Air. Hes looking for someone with similar interests. Hes also very young with an extremely long neck which, Im told, gay men find particularly attractive.

Farewell Poof Ace, move on to pastures new and dont forget to let your ex-squaddies know if you got pregnant.

Poo  i'm for one surpirsed at your decision.

Don't take this the wrong way but being a mercenary and flying for whoever  up top will take you is only one way of improving yourself.

In my other game I started out at 15 by 17-18 I was playing squad matches for the very best.  I picked up many great WINGMAN/SA skills flying with the elite but it weakens your raw dogfighting ability.

Being with a squad less able but willing to fight you will be far more rough and ready to spank/surprise the bigboys with.

Dogfighting is an art but there are 1vs1s that will go either way dependant on many variables and theres the MA which is a different kettle of fish.

Also as your based in the UK unless your willing to stay up until 5am you will not see the very best US pilots to fly with.

In that respect the squad you intend to leave are already one of the best also with myself and kazaa we can be dangerous.

If I might highjack this for myself seeing I'm looking also.
I just reopened my account a few days ago. The squad I was in before  kind of just pettered out. Real life stuff with everyone. So, I need to find a new squad.
I've been around AH since beta. Been started with WB's in '98. Had both account until  last year. Kind of got bore with both at the time. Mostly a bomber dude. But real rusty now. Need to relern. But really need training in fighters. I work 2nd shift at Lockheed Martin. So I can get on line after 0100hrs or so and mornings. Weekends mostly spent with girlfriend unless She's at my house, then I could play a bit then.
I like team work and to have fun with everyone.
