m2 50 cal short burst
windoze media format

a 50 cal. is about 6 feet long (thats longer than some of the people who play this game)..... anyway - theres plenty of recoil there. Imagine if he was letting out a long burst.

BTW -check out the round impact flashes :)

the M2HB .50 calibre machinegun was only hard to control in burst when it was in the tripod configuration. on vehicle and aircraft mounts it was (and still is) very controlable and acurate. this is because the thing is so heavy it stays in place when what it is fixed to is relatively stable.

also keep in mind that the ring and bead sites - 1/2 the site was mounted on the recoiling barrel.

Other than the shakeing being outta sync with the guns fire on the ostwind,I think it's all pretty close as you can get in a sim. It's awhole lot better than the gun shake in the 109's in IL2FB.Gun shake on that game is rediculous. However I think the 30mm balistics are more accurately portrayed, but thats just my opinion. If HTC would just slow the ostwind head shake down a little to be more in sync with the rounds being fired, all would be good.
