Yep, Bush is doing what he said he'd do if elected. Not relying on public opinion polls to guide his next action. He is following through on his word. What a refreshing change

I'm hoping all these folks that were concerned with the surplus going back to the taxpayers will take their checks and send them to the National Debt...any democrats out there willing to do this?
