I haven't been online all that much as of late. I was however plesantly suprised to see these guys flying for the Knights this tour and maybe longer. These guys along with a few others from the rooks I believe , in my opinion are welcome additions to the knights.

So Glad your here Guys and the rest that came over as Well. To many to mention. to you all and hope to wing up with you guys some.

Happy to help RedTop. LCA and the new, very Bish-like, Rooks with their focus on toolshedding rather than on good/fun fights where it used to be was more than I could bear, the fiasco on Donut last week was the last straw. Compound that by the fact that Rooks have overwhelming #'s all the time now and well, playing for the under-manned Knights is alot more fun.

Before, when Rooks were furball-centric, I could be mad at the 'other team' for ruining good fights with rampant toolshedding, now it's Rooks/LCA ruining the good fights. Rather than be angry at my own team I switched to help Knights against the toolshedding scourge...As someone who refuses to vulch there was very little for me to do as a fighter pilot (and master AA gunner) on a numerically superior, toolshedding Rook team.

Thanks for the welcome Redtop.  I can't trace my desire to move to any one event I just realized over the course of the last few weeks that more and more often I was "racing" other rooks to various fields trying to get in and fight a bit before the horde arrived.  It became less and less satisfying so I fully supported a move by the group to the knights and I think I speak for the majority when I saw for the most part we're enjoying ourselves in knightland.

Been kinda of a homecoming for me I don't know if anyone remembers (or better yet cares) but I flew knights for a long time, going back to beta days.  And it's nice seeing some old names in green again.  When it comes down to it I honestly don't feel any one alliance to a "country" as they exsist in AH.  I do feel a loyalty to my friends both in and out of the 475th.  I fly wherever they are regardless of which chess piece it may be.  They are what keeps me flying and makes this game fun for me.  How long we'll be here I can't say but like I said so far it's been a fun and enjoyable experience and I don't think there are any talks to move on at this point.

I took a couple weeks off AH, and when I came back rooks were the toolshed kings and there'd been a mass exodus of furballers to the knits... I got sick of the toolshedders talking in green and switched :O

I recently left Bishland to join RedTops squad.  My old squad's ego just got too big for me and Bish really didnt want to do my specialties anymore, Squad CO-OPs.  Bish were 2 for 2 on my co-ops.  Won 2 maps, 1 against knights and 1 against rooks.  Nearly every bish knows who i am, and they were all taken by suprise that i left bishland.

I would like to point out that the squads that came over have SEEMED to put a big dent in the toolshedders attacks!!!

Even though knights still have lower numbers the balance seems better then before.
