Yes, if all Jews in Europe had taken up arms, it wouild have posed a serious problem, but I suspect Germany would still have suceeded in beating them.  And the Warsaw Ghetto resistance was sadly futile, as the end result had them all killed.  Regardless, if the Nazis came to expect that fighting spirit from each and every Jewish man, it might have made a bid differance in their willingness to continue their attempt at genocide and domination.
