How to fix CH Pedals ?

I have second hand CH Pedals. It connects to joystick port.
The right pedal has a very limited range.
Movement seems to be ~30% of full range when calibrating in windows.
After calibration, the bar seems to jumpy.
I wonder if this is easy to fix ?

Looks like a dead potentiometer (aka pot). You might try the CH Hangar forums and see what they have for suggestions. You can find the forums over at
http://www.ch-hangar.com/
and those guys will help anyone if they can.
