I've always found when analyzing statistics that those that do alot of air to ground, although suffering a higher overall mortality rate due to groundifre, tend to more than make up for this with greater and more frequent opportunities to vulch...

Unless they're really going for the town and capture instead of the vultch. Problem kind of is that 110's and Mosi's are lumped in with P51s and P38s.

I had put a post in wishlist for pure attack perk setup. When in attack mode get attack perk points for attack AC.  Such as A-26, Ju 87g, and IL2 with 37 mm. But i was told this was a waist of code . Were there not dedicated attack AC in WWII?

As far as I know, we still don't have one.  (Haven't really been around for a few months tho).  Just check the roster to see if a group's up, they're probably in similar areas.

Yup ... but I shudder to think what would happen if toolshedding had it's own perk category.

hehe its falconwing not flayd silly boy!  dotn assign my hooks to others please:cool:

and Za knows i like to bust his chops..couldnt resist when he hammering guys about not flying fiters.

Geee zazen maybe alot of those guys doont have L33t computers and pedals and 13 years experience and like to participate and have fun in the best way they can.....but i hate to introduce reality into this post anymore. i still believe you like hammering the grayed out monsters in everquest just because you can =)  sort of like shooting guys down with field ack who werent expecting it =) and cant ever really "kill" you but just cause you to auto land.

so all of you may please continue with the idiotic bashing of how others have fun and how all of our stats wouldnt suck if we just upped and flew what we wanted with no attention to landing or dying

Wasn't thinking about the toolsheding aspect of it .  More for the gv busting esp tigers.  Seen to many tigers sitting in the open with craters surrounding them.  Some ac like Ju-87g, and IL2 with 37 mm might make them at least try and hide the fact they are there. These two ac are more for base defence against gv than toolsheding.
Also the perk cost with say an A-26 might actually make them try and survive an attack run. Instead of the usual drop...boom....splat we see now.

Was the 475th active on the west side of the map last night?  I think I was flying rooks last night, was a bunch of 38s on the far west, but I can't remember if that was knights or bish.

Was a pretty boring time tho, my first sortie I winged a 38 then lost my rudder, ran home....

Second sortie was pretty much Bore n Zoom by a handful of 38s till the rest of the rooks got up and chased em home.  I winged a couple 38s but I think I only got 1 kill (38MAW).  Would've been more fun I think if the rest of the rooks hadn't shown up.

Yeah ... I know where you were coming from, but I also know what to expect. I

We also have the Hurri 2D and Yak-9T would could run a very specific attack mode as you describe.

But if attack planes cost perks there'd have to be something pretty special to be worth the cost of what is likely a one-way trip. Something like a B25H could be worth the price, a Ju-87G just for tank-killing.
