Well the sales of erotically endowed vegetables should see a sizeable spike if that law passes.

Maybe some legislatures didnt feel enough women were getting enough vegetables in their diet  :D

Jeeze, don't pick on LePaul...there are quite a few off-colour veggie remarks in the thread.

It should not be constitutional.

RPM.. it has nothing to do with seperation of church and state.  What state sponsored church passed the laws?

I am in agreement with beet and curval on the issue but am shocked that they see a democratic ban that they don't like.... I mean.... if most people don't want it and.... since I don't use em then how could I have lost my right to own em and all that...

It is funny.... everyone likes to ban things they don't care about but get all uppity when a ban might affect them.

This is how governments take away rights.... pit the stupid against each other.

"they'll get my sex toy when they pry it from my cold dead fingers"

Other states that ban the sell of sex toys include Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Texas, said Mark Lopez, an attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union.

I havent dug deep yet for the specific wording on the law for Texas but I know of a few reputable establishments that sell these items here in Austin and in San Antonio, and have heard of people have those in home parties.   There maybe laws but maybe they're uninforceable

some of the posters here from tiny little british isles and tourist traps/tax evassion shelters.... seem to be saying that we are no better off than them....freedom wise..

I think that most of us can see that we would rather get caught with a dildo in SC than a handgun in their country.

You need to be very careful with sex toys.  Those things are dangerous...someone might put out an eye lazs.

I'd personally rather be "caught" not filing any personal tax returns with the most omnipotent organisation in the world....the IRS...here, rather than in the US.  Oh...wait...I don't have to anyway.

lol.:aok

If you put your eye out with it you're using it wrong.

Ain`t nuttin to it in Texas, just like this will be. It`s just another "grab some free name pasting in the media, feel gooder".
It never missed a beat here. You change the name it is being sold as and carry on. Tis all BS.
