does get anoying though afterplaying in the MA, to go in H2H and have the rooms full.

the only real good rooms in H2H are the GV Wars and FFA but when Noobs host the rooms ......

FFA is for those that can't afford a subscription or aren't sure they want one, or what have you. If you increase the number of players allowed, why would they ever subscribe? 8 is enough to give you some fun, but not so much that folks don't look at the MA and think "Hm.. should I...?"

So it's not really in there best interests to give people free arenas, because those people then don't need to pay HTC.

Raider21 once got an exploit to host 32 player rooms. It displayed the arena as max of 8, but really 32 people could join. Cause when I saw it, 14 people were already in it!

And I wouldn't mind HTC giving us room for 2 more players (10 max). That way we can have some fun Malta wars, which I just released!:rolleyes:

Paid subscribers should be allowed to host 32 and 64 player arenas for other paid subscribers.

This would allow for large squads to conduct their own private practice sessions with arena settings that could be set for whatever flavor the host desired.

Practical applications:

FSO/Scenario/other special event practice

Custom maps with fields organized in such a way to expedite practice ( envision 25k air launch spawns where opposite sides could be doing such high altitude combat within seconds of launch .. say, Bombers vs. Cap )

Not sure what the server logistics would be for something like that, but when our squad was large, it really would have helped to have something like that available ( the reduced lethality of TA and inability to customize the maps in there precluded it from usage )

10 slots for a room in H2H sounds good would make a giant furball in FFA arenas:D and would provide some great for everyone

8 is more then enough for freeloaders. Should bump it down to 6 or even 4. If they want mroe numbers, get a part time job and playin the MA instead of being a freeloader
