You think there is no perception of terrorism danger?

:lol

PS: you left out the "(whether motivated by politics or reality),"

which means you are laughing at nothing.

Wrong - I'm laughing at you.

Or, (because I respect your intelligence), the joke that you are trying to make...

.... but can't possibly expect me to take seriously.

The point Nash, is that however motivated, a warning that something bad might happen is not a threat.

A threat is somebody saying, "I'm gonna kill you"

A warning is someone saying, "Look out I think Steve is gonna kill you."
Whether or not Steve is really gonna kill you does not transform the warning to a threat.

And if I tell you that Steve is gonna kill you and know it to be wrong, it still is not a threat.

...........and multiple, repeated warnings that you and your family are in dire straights is what?

This very government saying, essentially, "vote for me or die"..... is what?

And uh... all lies, it turns out.

And of course, November passed, et voila, no more threats to your very existance. The poor SOB who had to issue those threats is now saying that they were retarded. Based on nothing.

What yer looking at here, Holden, is your very own government threatening your life. Making it all up. Forcing these manufactured warnings based on nothing other than to fear ya.

You say:

"You think there is no perception of terrorism danger?"

.........sigh.

Yes, Holden, there certainly is the "perception."

Ya know what? I think the meaning of all of this escapes everyone.

I don't think y'all really get it.

Your government is employed by you.

There is something supremely sick about a government that would tell you lies, and make you head for the nearest Walmart to stock up on electricians tape........ for no reason.

A government that would supplant your aspirations with fear and nihilism for nothing other than the sole objective of getting reelected.

Your instincts dulled. Rationalism, irrational.

Your better angels, replaced by thugs.

What sane person makes death threats against you!?

And what does it mean when it's your own government doing it?

Insane. That's the only word I have for it.

There's just no excuse at this point.

Toad will go: "blah blah"..... and Holden will go "blah blah".... but it's beyond these men. And if you listen closely, they are already clawing for a way out.

How very condescending of you.  To be expected though.

Carry on.

Yes Nash I almost forgot about this.

This was one of those stories you hear about when it happens and wonder what the outcome will be at the time considering the connections and tend to forget about it witht he passage of time it kinda fades into oblivian. Then you read about the outcome later ands say "ohhh yeaaaa, I remember that. I almost forgot it even happened"

So, When I ran across this story I figured I'd put it up.
I have to admit though. I just knew it would attract your attention and commontary and given some of your recent trolls that just added to the incentive to post the story.

Taste of your own medicine so's to speak

Just goes ta show. You dont always need a fancy lure to troll sucsessfully.
Sometimes a plain ol earthworm on a hook works just fine.
Particularly when your fishing for crappie ;)

As for my politics.
I am right, left, and in the middle depending on subject matter.
I have no particular political affiliation. I'm neither a Dumbocrat nor a Republicant.
I am thouroughly unimpressed with both parties

You however have shown time and time again your colors.
Anything republican is bad in your eyes.

While I dont love Bush, I dont hate him either.
Same for Clinton.
some things Bush has done I agree with. And some I dont.
Same things goes for Clinton

And I dont see Bush's activities as being any more or less criminal or moronic then Clintons was.

Replacing Bush with Kerry would have been nothing more then replacing one Bafoon with another.

You did have a point though in another thread . I forget the exact words about getting in a decent government.
Problem is neither of our major parties holds the solution

There is something wrong with that.

And oh well.... I'm not exactly going to play along.

Call me crazy or whatever. Lol.... I already know it. :)

So you're stating that anytime someone posts a negative article about Democrats, they need to also post something negative about Republicans?

Just like you do every time you make a negative post about the current administration...

Nash....it is OUR government not yours.  You don't have any idea of what it is like to live under it.  You aren't around Americans.   You sure do find us interesting tho.

I think what most people notice is that all of your pouting and foot stamping little fits are about republicans...  I think everyone notices that there is no democrat excess that you find too big or too small to ignore of make excuse for.

you are a liberal and as such... dishonest.  You never tell what you want (even tho it is obvious)...  you only tear at the enemy of what you want.

I think that any sane American seeing this would realize that if the republicans are so hated by your ilk.. that voting republican is the only alternative.   You are a liberal socialist big government guy..

Real Americans hate liberal socialist big government... you are at least smart enough to know that so you never say what you want... only tear at anything that is the enemy of liberal socialist big government.

liberals claim they want to be free but they all want government to be all powerful... never made any sense to me.

Nice little dillema nash wants to paint here.

If there are no terror alerts and an attack is launched the Government didn't do enough to protect the public.

If there is a terror alert and no attack launched the Government is preying on your fears and according to nash influencing the vote.

Nice there, rather black and white and a wonderful description of damned if you do and damned if you dont. Fantastic spin on a situation from a person who's opinion and influence on the government is nill.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

What scares me is Electronic Voting machines.  The oversight is almost nill, they have no paper trail and the code id a kept secret so no one except the privileged few know what it is really doing.
