Gunfighters were there when I started playing AW so I think you are off by a year tho LW can say for sure.  Qt was the Turkey Hams, maybe thats what you are thinking off.  

GF when I joined had Acid Mentality, Lance Knight, Cookie, Heater (tho he left shortly).  Are you sure you got HT start year right?  I thought it was 1989 and I started about 6 month after him.

Woops...correct about Qts. I started in the summer of '90. HT started in the fall. It was '91 before I remember hearing that annoying "QUACK" from you. :)

BTW, we are planning to do the No Dweebs again this year. Lemme know if you are interested.

Hell yeah it was 91.  I didnt even make the score tally till my 3rd camp with (I think 11 points) and it was 2 more before I made my first kill (Heater - That still makes me giggle) and crashed it after flying all the way back to B1 so I could land it safe.  I didnt start quacking much till I got rid of that AT I was flying on.

If I remember things correctly...I was brought in by Lancer aroun 90 or 91.  The GF's had been in existance for a year or so-a subset of the Warhawks.  I took over when Lancer had to quit AW due to health problems.  DD, Wolfman, Heater, HT, Pyro and Rabid (I think they were both there), Cookie, LK, Acid, and many others were in.  Some really good pilots -fighter and bomber- came through.....don't know how I ended up there :>

Pre-Mission Briefing Procedure

Each member of the squadron will ask "So, what's the plan?" at least twice
during briefing and at least once during the actual execution of the mission.
Any plan suggested first by any GF must be rejected by at least two other GF's

accepted provided there is a high probability of getting the whole squad to take
