How much free memory, as in, how much is not being used at any given moment? I think you need to find an application to figure that out.

whats the rest of your systems spec.....also something as simple as task manager can tell you how much memory as in ram is currently in use

seems to run fine mantains 74fps:D but I have a router type connection I'm useing the main comp but can't connect to H2H

If your running XP or 2000 -

CTR + ALT + DEL

Choose "Task Manager"

Choose the "Performance" Tab

Will be under Physical Memory (K) / Available.
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
Asus M3N-HT mobo
2 x 2Gb Corsair 1066 DDR2 memory

a routor has to be setup to allow each pc  individually ..

it has to be done correctly or you can jepordize the security

and since a presumne your on your parents network .... (i maybe wrong ) but its best to consult them 1st ...
(If they do online bill /banking/ purchasing/ ect we wouldnt want to jepordize them just so you can host a h2h or other gaming room)

Well to help on your original question one way is :
Start>Programs>Accessories>System tools>System Info
This will tell you alot about your system including how much memory is left.
