Still can't answer me or prove a point.  Sad.

If there was a debate in the first place it existed only in your head.

Scroll back up the thread a few posts.  A remark was made about "Fake but accurate" with a comment about "fair and balanced"

The F&B line made me think of the picture, so I threw in the "Faux News" from said picture.  At that point you got your panties in a bunch about something.  Exactly what I still haven't figured out.  I posted the picture to show that I'm not making things up nor advertising a particular point of view, opinion or idea about any particular news agency.

I've watched all the major news agencies and have deemed them all pretty much equally worthless.  Talking heads with breasts.  In the case of anderson cooper...talking head with no breasts.  You've seen them in action.  Take for instance an "aviation crisis" such as JetBlue nosewheel or Nike's Gulfstream gear door.  They don't have a clue about anything.  Their experts don't have a clue about anything (Though one news agency did get Al Haynes...good job whomever that was) and they almost seem disappointed when the pilots do their job by landing safely.  They seem like their ice cream cone fell onto the ground when they don't get a big fireball on live t.v.

Regardless of my opinion on politics, I don't like when news anchors say "we're winning" or "we seem to be falling behind" regarding elections.  Just the same as I don't like ESPN's broadcasters showing favoritism when two baseball/football/hockey teams are playing.  It's one thing for a Pittsburgh news station to cheer for the steelers.  It's another for ESPN's anchors to cheer for the steelers.

At times Bill O'Reilly can be "fairly unbalanced".  :)

I still don't see a reasonable connection between "fake but accurate", (which was obviously directed at CBS) and Fox News. I like a good joke as much as anyone, even an inside joke, but the joke must be made, not simply implied.

can't you pointlessly hijacking heros think of something better to pointlessly hijack a thread over?  Seriously, can I have the 2 minutes back?  Is there a reason you want to jack this thread?  There must be since you can't be that stupid to blather that long and hard about a non point.

Bringing Fox News into this was a hijack attempt. Forged military documents and CBS have a recent history.

I think you're missing the point. The "fake but accurate" comment was a commentary on CBS' story and was in response to my sarcasm that CBS runs stories like the guy's in this thread. You might call Fox fake but then you wouldn't call them accurate would you?

Personally, I think that anyone falsely claiming military service, especially with intent to do harm, should do jail time. Back on topic?

Try not to misspell sophisticated words like “asinine” when you’re trying to be superior. Makes you look simple.

Yea, typing so fast he missed an "I" really F-ed up his whole argument.

Good thing we got the grammar po-po here to tell us that he meant "asinine" cuz asnine isn't really a word.

Yes perhaps I was overly kind when calling it a misspelling. Seeing how he has never spelled “asinine” correctly in any of his posts on this bbs I’m quite sure “asnine” is a real word to Dago.

Then again you use words like “po-po”, so I guess you can better understand him, you two being on the same level.

What's funny is aside from a few memos fox news has stayed on par witht their reporting.  Its just that most peopld don't like what they have to say so they ignore EVERYITHING and just call it bad.  I don't thing Fox has been caught in such a scandel as CBS has.,

BUT,  this latest stunt isnt on the newsies its on the net.   So youra local affiliate does not apply.  Somee off you need help.
