Problem with 4.12 drivers

I am having a problem with the 4.12 driver set! I have download the above
drivers its the 97a! 4.12!
The download seemed to be Ok! Except!
I didnt get the ATI control center!
I only Got the Muilt-Res Option!
I went back and un-installed the drivers and downloaded driver cleaner re-booted and tried again! Same Problem!
AM I doing something wrong here!!

I tried and run the AH with the downloaded Omega's but the performance was terrible and skipping and screen jumping!!
So I again, Un-installed the Omega's and back to the CCC!!
Did this happen to anyone!! I know I did something wrong!
