Congratulations, when should the folks in Dallas start to stay off the roads?  (When do you get your license?)

Congratulations!

I'm just going to say that I got my license at 16, my first car at 17 and my last of six car wrecks (for my lifetime) at the age of 20.

Keep your wits about you and if you're in a hurry, **** happens.

Speaking of which, what part of Dallas? I shudder just thinking about Dallas traffic. I've been driving for countless years and I still hate to drive in Dallas.

That sucks, I got my car when I was 15 so I got to learn in it so it wasn't a totally new experience.

It's fun how they do licenses now isn't it?  A 4X12 inch sheet of paper, then they mail the license...  Drive safe!

Congrats, bud. Only a matter of time until your first roadtrip.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

A learners permit? Stay away from here with a permit. In fact stay away from here period, the roads here are a cross between Nascar and the Road Warrior
