I took the first picture myself, it's from my personal collection, right after I personally interviewed Harrison Ford...errr, Indiana Jones.

Haha that's awesome! I never knew that thing actually existed! (or was at the drawing boards the least)

What is it, btw?

It was actually based on a bomber design by Howard Hughes.

After the first pic I walked to the other side of the tarmac and was getting ready to take another.  I heard a familiar sound coming from behind me and when I looked up I saw an RAF fighter coming in to attack the airfielf.  I watched him drop a bomb from his Tomahawk and took this pic:

I looked around for Indy when I saw him fighting some big German dude by the flying wing.  I couldn't hear him too well but it sounded like Indy had asked him something about Noah's ark but the German didn't speak english too well and they started swinging.  I left the scene soon after.

Arlo they start mounting this engines at late war years, before that , this plane does not more then 315 mph at  15.000 ft
Also parameters you post are for jet engines fitted in late 1944.

Model on the picture is early (pre war), so only Mg/ff where mounted , MK108 since 1944.

I wonder how many folks actually fall for that?

No matter, my question is about the images:

Where did you find those? It's good work. Did somebody actually make a model kit (it happens for movies, sometimes) or is that scratch-built?
