Researchers also found that people who took the chemical experienced genuine mystical experiences, as defined by psychologists.
What the heck is a genuine mystical experience?
To me that means hard core hallucinations. The type that are so real you have no doubt they are really happening.
Old friends comming out of the woods to say hi and passing so close, you can feel the air move as they pass and smell the calogne/ perfume you have known them to wear. Trees talking to you as the wind blows through them. Sitting back into a chair, listening to the wind and feeling it blow around every hair folical exposed to the air and you body tunes itself to the rythem of what goes on around you. These are examples of good hallucinations.
little things like minor color changes, wavy blinds, mosiaic moon light bouncing off leaves at night, etc are what I would consider a low grade hallucination beccause there is no "real" substance to it.
Taking a trip and never leaving the farm isnt for everybody, but I do think some people would tremendously benefit from it.
