I bet the insurance rates for the other boat owners in the area just went up.

Nilsen, the best part of this all is that you will spend those precious years that so many let go during the time their children are growing up.  I'm fortunate enough to be home 5 out of 7 days a week, raising my kids to be good citizens and (hopefully) good "adults" one day.  You can't get back that time that you miss as they grow. Good luck again!

Scary and exciting at the same time. So many have lost so much and so few have really made a good living from this. Im not in it to get rich in a hurry, but to match what I make now (or more if i can) at the end of the year.

I need all the "luck" you can blow my way :)

I hope you have done plenty of homework and research even though that wont help either.  Your right, you have to be lucky.  Do you really want to 'gamble' for a living?  The emotional roller coaster is hard to deal with, especially for your loved ones.  ahem....ahem....mee mee meeeeee...

You got to know when to hold em,
Know when to fold em,
Know when to walk away,
Know when to runnnn

Anyway, good luck and post your results.  I lost a bundle my first go araound, but have made much of it back by stikcing to the proven method....invest in politically connected companies  for the long haul.:aok

Had my first full day yesterday, and it was good. Ended up 1,31%. :)

Going away on vacation again today for 10-14 days, so im already about to finish todays trading. Up nearly 0,9%. I am going against advice and leaving a small lot in while im away... there are stuff brewing out there that may lift this stock nicely. If things go pearshaped i can always log on with the cell.

No worries... far too exciting for that.

I always have the oclub and the other BBS keeping me busy too. The software i use for trading has alarms that goes off everytime there is something i need to see.
