I want to take this moment to confess my undying love for the Carl's Jr. Pastrami Burger.

There... I said it.

I miss Carl's Jr's around here.  They got bought out with the provision they would stay out.  Really sucks.  I have to drive to Oklahoma to get a Carl's Jr's sandwich.
There is/was a Carl's near Austin.  Not sure if it is still around.  It was around before Carl's Jr came to the DFW area and was not subject to the buyout conditions.

Anyone know if there is a Carl's Jr. in western NY state?
Nice weather...I wouldn't mind taking a trip to check them out.

If these guys are all talking about them being down south, I'd assume no.

Now a chain from the south that I enjoy is Bojangles.  Man, those are some tasty chicken fingers and potato wedges...  I never really got into their biscuits, though, which makes me a bit of a pariah when I visit my friends in the Carolinas :noid

I have never heard of Bojangles.  What part of the south are they in?  Local or chain?  Specialty?  Restaurant or fast food?

Heard about In-N-Out, but they are not located here, so I have never experienced them.

Carl's beat them all, In&Out is good, but Carls better.

My personal choice for today was Taco salad, i felt in love in this one.

Most pissing part of Carls is , they dont accept bills over 20$

Hmm, that sounds pretty tasty.

My favorite place to eat here in the Denver metro area is Quizno's subs. The mesquite chicken with bacon on wheat with extra cheese and extra bacon....mmmm.....

Thanks Sandman, now you have me salivating heavily. :D

I am lucky enough to have been able to try Carls Jr and they are pretty good.  On our little trip this summer to Carson City, to see my granddaughter,  I got to eat at Carls Jr in Bishop Ca, Carson City Nv, and Flagstaff Az,  the Jalapeno Burger was very good and the jalapenos were crisp not mushy like some places.   My only complaint is they put mayo on hamburgers, bleeck,.. easy enough though to order it without mayo and order extra mustard.   by the end of the two weeks my wife was tired of eating at Carls,  I had a lot of fun pointing out all the Carls Jr to her during the trip,  she appreciated it :lol

As far as In-And-Out goes, they're alright.  They just have a very simple menu,  although I hear there supposed to be a super secret menu you can see if you know where to find it  :t  Theres an In-Out across the street from our offices in Pleasanton Ca,  I ate lunch there one day, and I would eat it again,.... if there wasnt a Carl's Jr around;)
