The Fallen Soldier Memorial at Fargo Air Museum
« on: August 20, 2006, 04:00:14 PM »
The other day I took my son to the Fargo Air Museum to check out some of the warbirds when we saw a Memorial to the Fallen Soldiers of the Iraq war. When I explained to my son that the dog tags represented all of the soldiers that were killed in Iraq he walked over to it, stared at the dog tags for a bit then gave a salute. I felt very proud of my son when he did that. Sometimes even adults can learn respect from an 8 year old.
