Well then...my .02$.
Taking it from the top(or the bottom, in this case),from 1939-40:
The Fokker XXI
The Fairey swordfish
The Fairey Battle
The Bristol Blenheim
The Brewster Buffalo
The Vultee Vindicator
The Mitsubishi A5m
The Polikarpov I-16 and I-153
The D.520
The Short Stirling
The P-36
The Seversky P-35
The B-17B and C
The HE-111
The Do-17 and 217
The Ju-52.......Heck, the list just goes on:confused:
That's not even all of the early war rides I can get a book out and look up. The thing is, apart from historical scenarios(AvA) These would hardly ever fly the MA. They would be fun, sure, but It's already hard to fly a non-Spit or non-LALA ride in there now, as it is. The late war rides that we DON'T have, did'nt fly very much, or not at all, operationally. It would also be unfair to introduce something like, Oh, a Do-335, without giving the allies something to match it(If you could find a close match.)
So, here's to hoping that the next addition will NOT be an uber plane like a B-29 or 335, But rather something more docile(P-39 would be almost ideal!!!!)
