yup, would be a great fun plane to fly, a prop perk ride, probably 80 or more perks (if it is modeled as fast and maneuverable as anecdotable accounts say)

My fear is it would be like the 152, a hangar queen. from what I read the 152 could turn with the tempest, where in game you don't have a chance.

B-29 so the bombers have something to spend perks on.  No nuke.  Not sure if it should have the smaller gun set or the full gun set.  Only 1 per pilot.  No formations drones.  That gives it less then half the bomb load of a formation of lancasters.  It's got a 20,000lb bomb load vs 14,000lb per lancaster for 42,000lb.

IMO it's the most used plane that we are lacking.  PTO, ETO, Russia...it was everywhere.  I don't think it would be a hanger queen...there's always tanks to be shot.

It was not a tank buster. (mock anger)

The 37mm fired HE rounds and was very low velocity.


But that shouldn't preclude it from being added. It was a widely used AC.
