If you could add one plane which would it be???

Has anyone mentioned the B-25 yet? Just like the one my father flew? It'd be nice if he got to fly it here once. He's 86 and we may need to hurry this up a bit.

perk the B29 so we can waist our bomber perks, and pople stop posting about it. (and its not too fast as pople say there were many B29's shot down by slow junky JP aircraft) (slow is a relitive turn used for most JP aircraft) and give us the JP aircraft that shot them down on a dayly basis. interesting thinking i know. as for the guns just model them like all the rest call it a small sacrifice to have the damned thing.

It didn't see combat but at least one was in service before the end of the war.

You didnt have P51 attacking flights of B17 during the war either. Or P51's fighting P47's, or etc. etc.

So what you are saying is, for the sake of realizim we should only allow Axis planes to fight with Allied and vice versa in the EXACT times they actually flew in the war.

I still want the A7M2.......

The link in my first post stated one production model, also an article of the zero in the the winter 2007 edition of Flight Journal WWII Fighters stated that "only a few" entered sevice.

Thats all I have for now, but will do more research.

You do that model of Quitch Toad?  Looks great.

I'm with Toad.  We need a B25C/D strafer with "Quitch" as the default skin.  Then we need a scenario where we can fly it and talk Toad's Dad into flying it so we can wing him at least once :)

More "Quitch" from Lawrence Hickey's masterpiece group history of the 345th BG  "Warpath Across the Pacific"

Quitch is the bird on the left in this one.

Color shot of Quitch in flight.  The name had been painted out at this point. This has to be close to the time Toad's Dad was flying her based on the number of mission symbols on the nose.

Nope. Nuke did that one just for him and I'm enternally grateful.

It sits in my father's house near the front door. It's been quite the conversation piece for his buddies.

Somewhere around here I have an old Kodak "Brownie" photo taken from another airplane of Quitch. My dad is flying it and they are low over the New Guinea jungle. No detail, it's just a B-25.

Seems like I posted it here once; I know I sent it to Pyro a looooooong time ago too.
