Well, you need to record them with Alt+R.
You'll need to open those recordings with the Aces High Film Viewer.
You'll then need to record your views with Fraps.
Then you'll need to put them together with a video editing software.
Windows Movie Maker is free. Go to microsoft.com or you may already have it installed, if you got WinXP Pro with Service Pack 2.
Encode your final video and then upload it to your own website or use a free website hosting company like google video, yahoo video, utube or anyone else that's free.
