My fisrt name  is Frédéric not Frederic , when I tried today to change to use the correct spelling the answer was :

   Error:

   Your name must be letters only.

But "é" is a letter,I swear  !

We're not anglo-centric.

All your letters are belong to us.

But if you can find a way for Rosie to easily look up a customer's info when they call in for billing support, and all the letters are cyrillic (or any alphabet), then please let us know
