Now this wouldnt work, its impossible, and even it was, it would never happen. BUT, I live in Hawaii, and the other day some idiot hit a bridge with a crane, closing down the only highway in the state that leads home. This caused me to be stuck in trafic for 6 hours, and only moved about 10 miles. So, lets get Aces High II... for CELL PHONES!!! w00t!!! Like, a link to the MA, but you can only GV or gun for someone, with ****-ass graphics, and only where you get a signal, charge an extra $5.00 a month for it. w00t!!!
