I've always said that capital punishment is a waste of resources.
Turn all rapists and death-sentence convicted criminals into slaves and squeeze them all they can. I dont give a damn if it sounds immoral or unconstitucional, those bastards destroyed a life , rapists in particular turn a normal being into a person that will live in fear almost their entire lives... dammit, they no longer have any right or deserve ANY kind of human rights. They knew bloody well what they were doing when they did it, why should we give them any rights in return? People dont change in prision, they just get sly or become repeated offenders.
Chain them, inject a latent poison in their blood and put the antidote on their daily food, make them work every day instead of sitting in a cell watching tv, use them for spare parts, whatever. Killing them is a mercy, leaving them in a prision is mercyful. Slave camps is what they should be put in.
